90 Day Non Immigrant Visa

The 90 Day Non Immigrant Visa is issued to foreigners who wish to enter Thailand for business, retirement, study, investment and other purposes. This visa is valid for use for 90 days from the date of issue.

A 90 Day Visa is the most common visa for foreigners entering Thailand for work or business purposes. The visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue and as the name suggests, it grants its holder a period of 90 day stay inside Thailand. Once the validity is over, it can be extended for seven additional days.

Holders of the temporary 90 Day Non Immigrant Visa usually use the visa to enter the country, apply for a work permit and once the validity of the visa is over, they can convert it into a long term solution.
